Warranty Request

At Gracepoint Homes our goal is to be responsive to your request as we continue to serve your needs. To ensure your satisfaction and request for service, we ask that you follow the appropriate procedure below. In the event of a mechanical after-hours emergency (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Roof) please contact the appropriate vendor directly and schedule service. See the Direct Vendor List located in your Gracepoint Homes binder.

All warranty requests will be submitted through the Homeowner Portal. Upon closing on your new home, you will receive an email from BuildPro, Gracepoint Homes’ warranty administrator.

This email will instruct you how to register and submit a warranty request through the Home Portal website.

A Gracepoint Homes’ representative will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your request and schedule an appointment.
