Valentine's Day For the Littles
Valentine's Day will be here before you know it and while it may be easy to plan a nice dinner for your spouse, what can you do with the kids to celebrate? We've found a few options that will fit the bill for fun on this special day. Thursday morning, guests at The Woodlands Children’s Museum will get a visit from Clifford the Big Red Dog. Kids will have the opportunity to play “Big Red Bingo,” participate in an art project and watch a shadow puppet theater reading of Clifford the Big Red Dog. To commemorate the day of love, guests are encouraged to wear red. From 5 to 9 p.m. on Feb. 14, Play Smarter Kids is offering a Parent’s Night Out with activities for kids from 17 months to 12 years old. They’ll have another parent’s night out Feb. 16 from 6 to 10 p.m. At the Paint & Bubbles Studio in Magnolia on Feb. 10 from 2 to 4 p.m., parents can paint a canvas and make Valentine’s Day cards with their child in a special Valentine’s Workshop. The cost is $15 per child.
